Learning outcomes
The main aim of the course is systematic support of students in acquiring and developing their knowledge, skills and competences in selected parts of physics and in the whole issue of didactics of physics with an overlap into integrated didactics of science. The outcomes of their activities will be directed to the physical part of primary science with the potential to extend to secondary physical education. At the end of the course students should be able to: be well informed in the professional discourse of physics and didactics of physics; use technical terms (Czech and English) with a good understanding know and understand the basic physical phenomena and their laws that occur in primary natural science; have a systematic overview of basic physical knowledge and research methods know and apply research methods of didactics (quantitative, qualitative and design research methods) know and understand the current and previous paradigms of physical and science education have full competence in didactic transformation of physical knowledge know and master the main teaching methods (including innovative) in elementary physics and their specifics in primary science know and know in detail the complex technology of teaching elementary physics (methods + forms + means) be able to create teaching resources (experiments, tasks, didactic tests, ICT and multimedia applications, etc.) and apply them in formal and non-formal education to have basic self-reflection skills in the area of ??physical-didactic competences
