Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to supplement the scientific-biological basis for subjects focused on learning about living nature in the 1st century Elementary school to the extent that the graduate is able to critically analyze the curriculum of these subjects in terms of current knowledge of selected fields of biology. The graduate should be well versed in the scientific biological background to the extent that he / she can apply his / her knowledge in the didactic transformation of biological content into nature teaching in the 1st century. ZŠ. Partial aim of the course is to create a professional basis for understanding the biological nature of somatic or physiological disorders, whose knowledge is important as a propedeutics for some special pedagogical disciplines. The characteristics and physiological functions of organisms are preferably demonstrated using, in particular, some functions of the human body as a model organism.
