The expected benefit of the seminar lies in the fact that students will learn the basic principles of working with reflection and thus gain a functional tool for conscious and systematic professional development. At the same time, they will also learn to work with constructive feedback - giving and receiving feedback. The aim of the seminar is to collect documents proving the professional development of the future teacher (professional portfolio). On the basis of the collected data, enable the student to perform self-reflection and self-evaluation related to the fulfillment of the goals of his professional development. To plan further professional development on the basis of self-evaluation in relation to one's own professional development plan, in comparison with current knowledge of the profession and on the basis of evaluation by other persons.
