Course content
1. Overview of the development of literature for children and youth. 2. Literary types and genres. 3. Choice of topics and templates in teaching. 4. Use of appropriate methods and techniques in working with poetic text. 5. Use of appropriate methods and techniques in working with prosaic text. 6. Use of appropriate methods and techniques in working with dramatic text. 7. Practical examples - work with a literary model. 8. Practical examples - work with a literary model. 9. Learning outcomes
The aim of the discipline is to provide students with a comprehensive knowledge of art literature, its classification and the possibility of working with it in a kindergarten environment. Students become more deeply acquainted with the basic concepts, various literary genres of poetry and prose, which are suitable for work in kindergarten. The aim of the seminars is practical training in working with artistic text in teaching. Emphasis is placed on correct presentation, work with quality literature, reading skills.
Student: - can choose, methodically grasp and use a suitable literary text when working in kindergarten, - is able to prepare a literary model as a basis for activities in kindergarten with regard to age and individual peculiarities of children.
