1. Psychomotor learning. Basic characteristics of psychomotor skills. Pedagogical guidance of pupils in learning psychomotor skills. The issue of training new activities for pupils with SEN. 2. The principles of rational eating. Gastronomic rules. Nutritional values ??of foods. Equipment and technology in the kitchen, hygiene and safety at home. 5. Household Food. Food preparation and dining table. 6. Growing works. Classification of cultivation works under FEP ZV. Safety and hygiene of work. 7. Soil. Soil properties. Soil treatment. Suitability of soil for plant growing. Indicative determination of soil type. 8. External factors of growth. Agrotechnical data. Harmful agents of plants and protection against them. Learning outcomes
The subject is the key for the education of future teachers in the educational area Man and the World of Work RVP ZV for 1st st. Elementary School. It follows the subject of Didactics of Cultivation and Technical Works I and is finished by the credit and examination common for teaching subjects in winter and summer semester. The course fulfills the role of education of future teachers of 1st st. Primary schools in the psychomotor area of practical training, being designed so that the knowledge, practical and creative components are balanced.
Field skills - the student is able to design, guide and evaluate the teaching in the educational fields of Cultivation and Food Preparation of the Educational Area Man and the World of Work FEP ZV for 1st st. Primary School; - the student is able to set educational goals and use adequate educational methods, forms, principles and means; - the student is able to apply the acquired knowledge in the fields of cultivation and preparation of meals in their own practical activities; - the student adheres to the principles of safety and hygiene of work; - Student demonstrates creativity and imaginativeness in selecting appropriate work topics, taking into account age specificities and capabilities of pupils with SEN. Field knowledge - the student knows and recognizes basic plant species, knows the factors of their cultivation and has an overview of their use in practical activities at elementary schools; - the student knows the rules of proper eating and social behavior; - student knows the rules of learning psychomotor skills.

Completion of the subject Didactics of Cultivation and Technical Works I.
