The course involves analysis and syntesis of current literature which deals with issue of metacogniton and epistemic beliefs to support pupil´s learning (processes and outcomes). It emphasizes the role of knower and object of learning in different classroom contexts and subjects (history education, arts education, etc.) which involves metacognitive and (or) epistemic practices.

The aim of course is to analyses efective teaching attitudes which support metacognitive potentiality and epistemic beliefs among elementary, lower and higher secondary school pupils. On this basis student will be able to create such lessons which cultivate this soft skills (metacogniton, epistemic beliefs) among pupils.
