Learning outcomes
|
During the course of study, listeners will be familiarized with the current starting points of organisation and management of companies and institutions. It is an interdisciplinary scientific discipline, that focuses on the research of regularities in organisation and function of organisations, and rules of successful management. During the course of study, listeners will gain information and knowledge about the basic terms and other related issues connected to a theory of organisation and management, about concepts and main connections with the other scientific branches.
Listeners will gain knowledge about the problematics of management of an organisation. They will gain an overview and required knowledge that is related to the creation of an organisation structure of a company and institution. Furthermore, listeners will gain an overview of the problematics of management, planning, control, leadership, and other abilities of a successful manager.
