The goal of this course is to familiarize students with the basic terminology in the area of social work. This course starts with the historical concepts of social work up to today's problems. The course is focused not only on the theory of social work, but also on practical methods of social work, including the concept of social worker, his/her personality traits, competence, praxis, and values in social work.
The student is familiar with the issue.
