1. Human Resources Management (HR) - introduction into study. 2. Definition of the importance of HR I. 3. Definition of the importance of HR II. 4. Process of hiring new employees. 5. Adaptation of new employees. 6. Social inclusion of new employees. 7. Evaluation of employees. 8. Rewarding employees. 9. Education and development of employees I. 10. Education and development of employees II. 11. Work relationships and collective negotiation. 12. Social pathological phenomena on a workplace. 13. Problematics of establishing, conducting and termination of employment relations. 14. Trends in HR.

Learning outcomes
During the course of study, listeners will be familiarized with the basic problematics of human resources management. The subject is focused on knowledge of personnel activities that influence HR management in companies and other institutions, most notably from the praxis requirements point of view. The goal of completion of this subject is to understand the meaning and needs of human resources for the company organisation.
Listeners will gain knowledge and abilities connected with using and processing information, interpersonal communication, and ability to work in interdisciplinary team. They will also gain knowledge and abilities to process the basic strategies and company goals in HR, and to work with the basic issues connected with HR, which is planning the use of a workforce, its selection, motivation, rewarding, and development etc.
