Learning outcomes
This subject introduces its students with both theoretical and practical knowledge of career and professional counselling. It focuses on clients, an analysis of the objectives of their personal and professional development, including an active approach to the development of their professional career. In addition, it provides an overview and characteristics of the various activities that contribute to clarifying the professional imagination and expectations of clients in the labour market and the career portfolio model. Based on selected examples, students practice the counselling process and propose guidance instruments to form a professional career in an andragogic context.
