1.-3. HR administration, employee records 4.-6. Recruitment, employee fluctuation (causes, positive and negative fluctuation), systematization of jobs (analysis) 7.-8. Development of qualification, rewards (motivation part) 9. Presentation of a case study in HR

The goal of this subject is to improve the knowledge gained from the subject human resources management in various types of organisations. The study content of these subjects connects the study outcomes from the Praxis I - III. and places that into the broader context of HR.
