The goal of this subject is to give basic information needed for creation of education programmes in further education, reflexes of current state of these programmes and evaluation related to a) the individual professional (career) growth, b) selected institutions and organisations (further education of workers in education - improving the qualification, mandatory and non-mandatory courses related to Centre for Lifelong Learning). As a subject's output, students are to create their own programme related to further education.
