Theory, praxis and mobilization of human capital (analysis of individual development phases, starting with scientific management up to the models and concepts of HR management, personal management and leadership) 2. Development of company education in the former ČSR in the 20th century in a European context 3. Baťa and his schools for workers - system of a company education 4. Further professional education of adults in the various types of organisations 5. Models, strategies, and trends in adult education in various types of organisations 6. Cycle of education: identification of education needs, planning and realization, result evaluation 7. Effectiveness of further professional education (Kolb and Kirkpatric model) 8. Learning in the workplace and for the workplace 9. Qualification and requalification education (National system of qualification and occupation) - European system, national strategy, financing possibilities 10. Legislation of further professional education in the CZ and EU, strategic documents 11. Management and marketing of further professional education 12. Education and development of talented workers - talent management, career and career management 13. Education and development of managers (specifics of education, meaning, concepts and systems, management of development, forms and methods)

Learning outcomes
|
This subject deals with the problematics of theory and praxis of further professional education of adults in different types of organizations. It deals with the cultural, social, technological, and economic factors that influence the process and realization of further adult education. It analyses the legislative and strategic documents from the area of further professional education. The emphasis is put on the theory of human resources, theory of human capital, knowledge management, learning organisation, leadership, and talent management. Furthermore, the subject also deals with the analysis and identification of education needs, planning and realization, monitoring, evaluation of results, and effectiveness measurement of further education.
The student is familiar with the issue.
