Learning outcomes
The individual praxis of students is carried out at pre-selected workplaces. The main goal of this practical training is to understand the function of the organisation in which the practice is performed and to acquire an understanding of the link between the theoretical and practical knowledge and experience of the student. During this praxis, the method called shadowing will be used to comprehend the work duties of the designated worker (s). It is required to complete this praxis in at least two different organisations (if a student chooses the same organisation, he/she must exercise a different job with a different job description). The choice of the workplace is subject to prior approval by the guarantor of this subject.
After the successful completion of praxis, students know the goals, tasks and the main activities of the selected organization, in which their practical educational took place. Students are able to describe the main methods and procedures connected with a specific work assignment/position.
