1. Harmonization, harmonic imagination, melody harmonization, harmonic analysis ? harmonic material (major and minor fifth chords. 2. non-tonal dominants, sequence of non-tonal dominants) - diminished seventh chords, augmented chords, altered chords, mediants, melodic tones (extension, passage, alternating tone, anticipation). 3. transposition of the melody, transposition of the harmonic background ? molezza dura ? stylization (dances, marches) dulcimer band ? musical functions (lydian and mixolydian functions).
