Course content

1st ? 4th The aim is to obtain an overview of domestic and foreign composers in the field of choral composition for children's choirs. Overview of composition competitions (e.g. Letenská vonička, Festival of choral art Jihlava, FESTA Olomouc and others). 5th ? 8th Acquaintance with the important literature of our and foreign composers for children's choirs. Creating a basic sheet music archive and a phono library or video library of children's choral work. Selection of compositions according to the canon of choral compositions for the state final exam. 9th -13th Samples of audio recordings of selected compositions with simultaneous monitoring of choral scores. Analysis of selected choral recordings. Selection of compositions according to the canon of choral compositions for the state final exam. Cooperation with choral bodies at choral competitions and festivals - acquisition of choral literature. Dramaturgy of song selection.
