Course content
1. Qualification work as part of state exams. Recapitulation of the specifics of the text of the final thesis. The most common shortcomings. 2. Principles of topic selection. Preparation of the diploma thesis (formulation of goals, choice of methods, research of information sources, schedule). 3. Citation standards. 4. Scope of work, its structure, language and style. Conclusion summarizing the results. 5. - 13. Commented presentations of prepared or thought-out diploma theses.

Learning outcomes
The course offers basic information about writing a diploma thesis. Attention is focused on both the theoretical (methodological) and practical (analytical, creative) parts. The usual, most common deficiencies are named. The core of the seminars are commented presentations of assigned qualification theses.
