Course content
The aim of the course is to acquire auditory skills in intonation in the natural key of major - stepwise procedures in the whole range (diatonic). Stepwise procedures combined with other interval jumps. Major quinta-chord with turns and melodic variations, reduced and enlarged quinta-chord, dominant septachord. Rhythmic exercises in quarter, eighth and half bars, in quarter and eighth bars. The teaching includes singing from a sheet, melodic-rhythmic dictations and auditory analysis. Cultivation of tonal feeling in relation to basic and secondary harmonic functions. Consolidation of metro-rhythmic feeling.
