Course content
1. - 2. Aims of literary education. 3. - 4. Objectives, educational contents, methods and forms of work in teaching literature, the relationship between objectives, contents and methods. 5. - 6. Introduction to the didactic transformation of content in literary education. 7. - 8. Solution of selected didactic situations in literary education at the basic level. 9. - 10. Text as a starting point for teachers' and students' activities. 11. - 12. Direct work with text in communicative, interpretive approach to literary education.

Learning outcomes
The course is designed as a starting point for understanding and further developing didactic knowledge of content in students preparing for teaching. The program of the seminars is focused on understanding and the first encounter with the solution of goals, content, forms and methods of teaching literature, discussion of literary educational goals, content, forms and methods at the basic level, the first encounter with didactic transformation of content (at the basic level) and its understanding. at the first encounter with didactic situations and their understanding, at the first encounter with a purposeful proposal of questions, tasks and activities for the literary text (at the basic level). Emphasis is placed on the communicative, interpretive, thoughtful concept of literary education, with regard to the real needs of the child of the 21st century. The course is a preparation for didactic courses in the follow-up master's study.
