The aim of the seminar is to show the various relationships between literature and new media. These relationships will be traced historically (protohistory in experiments of Dadaism, poetics, experimental poetry, new and postmodern novels), and attention will be paid to the reflection of specific Internet platforms that create new possibilities for creating literary texts (cyber poetry, fandoms, etc.), relationships between literature and RPG games, new genres connected with new media (blogs, youtube blogs, blog fiction, twittering, etc.) and literary forums. After completing the seminar, the student will be able to think about literature in relation to new media and understand the functioning of literature in a broader media context.
