Course content

1. Introductory seminar lessons, acquaintance with the issues of the seminar, checking the motivation of students. 2. Difference between creative approach in science and art. 3. The difference between artistic, journalistic and professional text. 4. Style of individual texts. 5. Differences between various types of artistic creativity. 6. Artistically creative approach as a way to solve real problems. 7. Searching for a word by searching for oneself; individual meanings of words. 8. Text creation as a way of finding and refining meaning. 9. View of philosophy and view of art; similarities and differences. 10. The difference between the "truth" of journalism, science and art. 11. (In) accuracy of associations = beauty in diversity. 12. Author's reading within author's writing.

Learning outcomes
|
The seminar is designed to develop students' creativity in writing journalistic, professional or literary texts. Students learn to interpret an uknown text, to reveal the author's intention and its semantic potential. Based on this, they then tries to create art-theoretical concepts of creative approaches to working with their own text.
