Course content
|
1. Organization of language teaching, planning, types and structure of mother tongue lessons. 2. Teacher's work according to FEP / SEP in Czech language lessons in practice. Choice of means leading to the achievement of the expected outcomes at the appropriate level of school. 3. Czech language textbook for the relevant school level. Teacher's work according to various series of textbooks in a specific year in Czech language lessons. Use of aids and supplementary materials in teaching. 4. Teaching methods and organizational forms in teaching the Czech language. 5. Methods and procedures of work reviving teaching and supporting students' creativity in Czech language lessons. 6.-12. Preparation of a teacher for a Czech language lesson. Methods of practice, procedures and forms in language training. Implementation / imitation of part of the lesson and language exercises - outputs of students in the seminar.

Learning outcomes
|
The course develops the didactic competences of the future Czech language teacher. Emphasis is placed on the application of theoretical knowledge to teaching, systematic work with didactic resources in the field and with textbook series (including methodological handbooks) for the relevant year and level of school, various aids and other materials. Students prepare for teaching, simulate and analyze lessons and various language exercises, while mastering especially practical methods.
