Course content
|
1.-2. Didactics of literary education, basic professional and methodological publications, terms and terminology of the field. Taxonomy of educational goals, teaching methods, organizational forms, activation methods, curriculum. 3. - 4. The impact of a literary work and its use in literary education. Approaches to the text reception at school. Literary education inspired by structural theory and methodology and reader-oriented theories. 5. - 6. Procedures supporting the interpretation of poetry and prose in literary education. Constructivist literary education and RWCT program. 7.-8. Procedures supporting the interpretation of poetry and prose in literary education. Creative expressivity and its significance for school interpretation of literary texts. 9.-11. Preparation for a literary education lesson. Didactic outputs of students in seminars (realization of part of the lesson). 12. Final seminar, student evaluation.

Learning outcomes
|
The course develops the didactic skills of students preparing for the teaching profession, especially subject competencies. The program of the seminar is focused mainly on solving questions of goal, content, system, forms and methods of teaching literature. Emphasis is placed on literary education inspired by structural theory and reader's response theories, constructivism and creative expressivity.
