Learning outcomes
This focuses on the acquisition and practical use of the ability to argue and create an academic text. The course includes work with primary and secondary sources. - Learning to write academic pieces. - Learning to write parts of the Master's thesis (Abstract, Introduction, Conclusion, Citation norms, Discussion, Summary etc). - Developing argumentative and critical thinking skills. Acquired competencies At the end of both semesters, students will acquire practical skills in the field of writing academic texts and will be able to: - outline the structure of the entire written expression (composition), - formulate the problem and hypotheses, - draw from professional sources, appropriately quote and comment, - appropriately refer to the sources used. They are prepared - argue in discussions in class and in the field of written expression; - express and express their own opinions; - confront their opinions with those contained in professional literature; - assess the quality of a professional text.
