Acquired competencies: At the end of the semester, the student - further improved his fluent conversation and expanded his speech skills to include the ability to express himself on academic topics, in which he demonstrates the ability to use higher-order thought processes (comparison, analysis, interpretation, inference, generalisation, etc.). - enriched his spoken English with idiomatic expressions; - improved his pronunciation, enriched and expanded his vocabulary; - and is able to argue and present his opinions in the form of a presentation/project and in the form of a performance, in which he presents the conclusions of his study of an academic problem. (e.g. by presenting the thesis of his bachelor's thesis, or the main ideas of his contribution at a student conference ).
