1 430 During the semester, the student takes shorter tests in which he/she continuously demonstrates the acquired skills from the individual chapters of the material being discussed (e.g. the ability to quickly transcribe, identify individual sounds, stress or intonation, but also knowledge of the English sound plan, which allows students to explain in a basic way and describe in academic English individual sound elements at the segmental, suprasegmental level and the intersection between English phonology and morphology, especially in the area of ??word stress and intonation). The prerequisite for completing the course is active participation in the seminar, reading the assigned literature, completing the credit test and successfully passing the exam.
