This teaching practice is focused on a particular specialization chosen by students. The aim of teaching practice specializing in special education needs is the introducing the special education needs program in nursery schools or special organization and respecting the children' individual needs. The goal is to get practical work skills and experience with the special nursery school educational process management. The core of the Practice is preparation and realization the specific sections of educational work with focus on targeted observation, planning, implementation and subsequent ferlection with a focus on self-reflection. Teaching Practice is realized in the form of observations, assistant work and leading one's own outputs. The aim of teaching practice with specialization in nursery school management is, beside the individually lead educational process, the introduction to practical activities and duties of school management in the form of shadowing of the Director, directior representation in focused on economical, administration and labor-law field. Students will be introduced to the organizing and preparing the educational activities and with pedagogical documentation. They will deepen their experience with self-realization of educational activities; they will be able to analyse results of their own teaching and pedagogical performance. The practice will include verification the children' school maturity and its abilities and adaptibility to school attendance. The aim of practice is the introduction to the school curriculum and respecting the age and individual children' needs.
