Questions after the 1st year of lifelong learning 1) Management, manager's personality, marketing in healthcare. 2) Importance and main tasks of human resources management, functions of human resources management. 3) Czech health care system - Development, reform of the Czech health care system after 1990, history, main principles, current state. 4) Methods of reimbursement for health care and their influence on the behavior of providers. 5) Obligations of the employer in creating healthy working conditions and ensuring occupational safety. 6) Implementation of management systems and increasing the quality and safety of health care provided, definition of quality, tools and techniques for improving quality. 7) Health insurance, method of financing, health insurance system, scope of paid care.
