The subject is realized through a 2-hour seminar per week. The seminar provides systematic support for independent creative work within the first stage of the diploma thesis in the Master degree in study program Organization and Development in Healthcare Facilities. At the beginning the course is devoted to clarify the topic and objectives of the thesis and to update the literature search. The student attends regular seminars and presents presentations of achieved results (Czech and English abstract and 10 introductory pages of the thesis).
