Learning outcomes
|
The subject acquaints students with general requirements for manager as a leader (competencies, skills, functions, principles and styles of management) and his relation to subordinates. It prepares students for the professional management of basic managerial roles - interpersonal, informational, decision-making, organizational and motivational. Students learn how to manage time in ethical behavior and how the manager behaves in public.
Expertise: The student is able to describe and explain individual managerial roles - interpersonal, informational, decision-making, organizational and motivational. Student knows the general requirements for a manager as a manager who uses them to manage subordinates. Professional skills: Students will learn self-management and professionally manage individual managerial roles in relation to subordinate workers.
