The aim of the subject is to prepare non-medical healthcare professionals to perform managerial roles and functions and strengthen their capabilities to effectively develop the profession, to develop personalities and organizations in the healthcare sector by acquiring the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills. In connection with the acquired theoretical knowledge to develop practically usable habits in the area of operational - organizational, human resources and in the issue of quality monitoring.
Expertise: They will be able to effectively develop their professional field, co-create concepts and plans for the development of the organization at the level of middle and lower management, at the level of quality management in the organization. The student will be prepared to hold managerial roles and perform managerial functions in private practice and nursing homes. Professional practice takes place at workplaces according to the list of workplaces with which the FZS has a contractual relationship.
