The aim of the course is to prepare non-medical healthcare professionals to perform managerial roles and functions and strengthen their capabilities to effectively develop the profession, to develop personalities and organizations in the healthcare sector by acquiring the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills. In connection with the acquired theoretical knowledge to develop practically usable habits in the area of operational - organizational, human resources and in the issue of quality monitoring.
Expertise: Student will be able to effectively develop a professional field, co-create the concepts and plans of development of the organization at the level of middle and lower management, at the level of the organization's quality management. Students will be prepared to hold managerial roles and perform managerial positions in private practice and nursing homes. Professional practice takes place at workplaces according to the list of workplaces with which FZS has concluded a contractual relationship. |
