Course content
Recommended Performance: 1. Strategy and operational organization issues: -Building of a SWOT analysis -Long-term and short-term plan -Working together to set up team roles in the workplace, including competency models -Marketing mix, -Preparation of operational consultation at the workplace. 2. Human Resources: -Corporate Culture -Personnel Agenda, Cooperation in Creating Employee Content, -Application of adaptation models for new employees -Establishing career orders 3. Quality: -Cooperation in developing standards of care, process standards -Planning and participation in internal QMS audits -Preparation and presentation of results -Participation in the investigation of the constitutional hygienist

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject Professional Training I in the field of Organization and Development of Healthcare Facilities is to prepare non-medical healthcare professionals in the health care sector to perform managerial roles and functions and to strengthen their ability to effectively develop their profession, to develop personalities and organizations in the health sector by acquiring the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills. In connection with the acquired theoretical knowledge to develop practically usable habits in the area of operational - organizational, human resources and in the issue of quality monitoring.
Expertise: They will be able to effectively develop their professional field, co-create concepts and plans for the development of the organization at the level of middle and lower management, at the level of quality management in the organization. Students in professional practice and field will be prepared to hold managerial roles and perform managerial functions in private practices and nursing homes. Professional practice takes place at workplaces according to the list of workplaces with which the faculty has a contractual relationship. Professional skills: Students in the field of organization and development of medical facilities will shadow the work of middle and lower management.
