Course includes all the essential components of languge learning: oral and written expression, understanding of texts, pronunciation and reading practice, vocabulary within those themes.
Subject knowledge Students will learn about 100 words and phrases within the given topics. Students can explain aspects of their work, describe obstetrics as a discipline, explain the tasks of work of midwives and their qualification requirements, describe the reproductive system and its functions, explain the course of pregnancy and birth giving including their complications, can form questions regarding the conditions of pregnant women and answer typical patient's questions. Professional skills Students are able to have simple conversations within the topics mentioned, can choose the appropriate speech during the conversation with a patient, can advise a patient, can reproduce a text reproduce text, can compile a short report and write in an adoption / childbirth / hospital release / health condition.
