Learning outcomes
|
The subject is theoretically-practical. It broadens medical findings from the field of clinical health care. The focus is put on preventive care after a vision function and prevention of serious sight defects. It introduces clinical states from the point of health care and the patients' needs which are changing because of eye diseases; it teaches the students the differences in multidisciplinary care after the sick and vision impaired in ambulatory and bed ward medical services.
Subject knowledge: Student knows eye anatomy; he knows clinical states and differences in multidisciplinary care after the ill and vision impaired in secondary and tertiary medical care. Professional skills: Students are able to create the plan of health care for the patients with eye diseases.
