The subject is focused on the treatment of children and taking care of them in health and disease. It is particularly focused on evolutionary relations, oddities of child's reactivity and abnormal course of diseases. The subject follows in the knowledge in anatomy, physiology and internal branches of adults and it emphasizes significant abnormalities of diseases in childhood. There are also inserted topics of first aid in the most common life-threatening situations in childhood.
Students are introduced to nursing of childrena and medical care in their health and illness. Specially they focus at dvelopmental legality, specialities of child creativity and at different process of illness. They learn to ways of first care of the most often serious life threatening states at child age. |
