Lecture topics: 1st consultation: Examination methods in ophthalmology, screening. Congenital malformations of eye. Inflammatory diseases of the eye. Refractive aberrations, astigmatism and diseases of the ocular apparatus. Self-study: Nursing process and nursing diagnoses in ophthalmology. Specialties in the treatment of patients in the eye department. Eye changes in systemic diseases Eye injuries. Cataract and glaucoma. Weak-sightedness and blindness.
