Lecture Topics: 1. week: Heart and veins diseases: inborn and developed heart defects, ischemic heart disease: acute/chronical state. 2h 2. week: Heart and veins diseases: dysrythmia, defibrillation, cardioversion, insufficiency of the heart and blood circulation. 2h 3. week: Heart and veins diseases: diseases of arteries, acute artery closure, diseases of veins, acute embolism, hypertension disease. 2h 4. week: Respiratory system diseases: development respiratory diseases, inflammation of the respiratory system, tumours of the respiratory system, degenerative and functional diseases of the respiratory system. 2h 5. week: Digestive system diseases: digestion and absorbing disorders, gullet and stomach diseases. 2h 6. week: Digestive system diseases: diseases of the small and large intestine, acute pancreatitis, tumours of GIT. 2h 7. week: Diabetes mellitus. 2h 8. week: Inner environment disorders: metabolic disorders of water and electrolytes, disorders of acidobasic balance. 2h 9. week: Metabolic diseases: obesity, gout, hyperlipidemia. 2h Seminar Topics: 1. week: Health care after a patient with acute and chronical form of ICHS - 2h 2. week: Health care after a patient with heart failure and arrhythmia - 2h 3. week: Health care after a patient with disease of veins and embolism - 2h 4. week: Health care after a patient with asthma bronchiale - 2h 5. week: Health care after a patient with ulcerative disease gastroduodena - 2h 6. week: Health care after a patient with disease of small and large intestine - 2h 7. week: Health care after a patient with DM - 2h 8. week: Health care after a patient with disorders of water, electrolytic and acidobasic balance - 2h 9. week: Health care after a patient with metabolic disease (obesity, gout, hyperlipidemia) - 2h

Learning outcomes
|
The subject is theoretically-practical. It is a part of a complex set of subjects in clinical health care. It describes clinical states in inner medicine from the point of health care and the needs of the patients changing because of internal diseases. The subject introduces the specifics of diagnostics of the field, treatment and health care for the the patients in internal fields.
Subject Knowledge: Student knows the causes, etiology and symptoms of internal diseases; he knows basic procedures for diagnostics and treatment of diseases in inner medicine; he is able to describe the specifics of health care after patients with internal diseases. Professional Skills: Student is able to create the plan of health care in the context of specifics of diseases in internal fields; he is is able to create, realize and evaluate educational plan for the patients with selected internal diseases.
