The subject is designed as a theoretically-practical unit. It is a part of a complex subject set from clinical nursing. It introduces students to the clinical conditions of the nursing care and patient's needs changed because of the diseases affecting skin and genitals and it helps students understand the differences of multidisciplinary care in the outpatient and inpatient health services.
Subject Knowledge: The student can describe and explain the basics of nursing care in dermatovenereology; he can define basic skin diseases and their treatment from the perspective of nurses. Professional Skills: The student knows the technique of local external application, elastic bandage application on the limbs. |
