The subject acquaints with the basics of modern management in the field of material and personal sources and strategies of quality management in systems of health and social care.Students learn the methods of standard evolvements for direct nursing care and methods of audited activity.They understand the role of a manager in nursing and the basics of systemic management,they learn to use methods of providing and measuring the quality of care.
