Learning outcomes
The subject provides knowledge of Latin grammar and terminology, the emphasis is put on developing a clear professional medical language speech. Mastering vocabulary is important for other clinical and pre-clinical fields which require precision of verbal expression in describing the anatomy and physiological and pathological conditions.
Subject Knowledge: The student masters the professional Latin terminology in medical fields, especially in gynecologic and obstetric areas. Professional Skills: Students are able to use the acquired knowledge in gynecologic and obstetric practice, they can understand professional Latin terminology used in the care of a woman. Students can explain a woman Latin terminology used by the doctors.
