The subject is theoretically-practical. Students will be introduced with the techniques of physical examination and evaluation of overall health condition; they will recognize the symptoms or defects of a normal healthy development. It comprises the information about symptoms and symptomatology of systems diseases and modern diagnostic and examination methods in clinical fields of medicine. The subject is extended with the information from pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics; it introduces the groups of medication, their forms and rules of application. It provides the information about interactions between medication and human organism
Subject Knowledge: Student knows and he is able to describe the symptoms and symptomatology of the individual system diseases and modern diagnostic and evaluation methods, he knows the process of preparation a patient for individual examinations and he has the knowledge about physical examination performing by a nurse and a doctor in clinical fields of medicine. Professional Skills: Student understands basic clinical terms and knows basic examination methods. Clinical pharmacology introduces students with basic facts in this field, with the issues of wanted and unwanted effects; their observation is one of the basic duties of a nurse. Student is able to perform physical examination.
