Learning outcomes

The course defines basic aspects of primary health care and home care from the point of view of a nurse. It describes the implementation of the nursing process in the form of a nursing model, with community care and with possibilities of cooperation with the social sphere.
Acquired competencies: The student will get acquainted with basic aspects of primary health care and home care from the point of view of the general nurse. They will become acquainted with the nursing process in the form of a nursing model, with community care and with possibilities of cooperation with the social sphere.
