The course is designed as a theoretical - practical. It forms the basis of professional education, which is a prerequisite for the acquisition of other subjects. It provides students with the necessary facts of clinically applied anatomy and teaches them to understand the organism as an integrated adaptable open system. The aim is to teach students the basic anatomical terminology, to master the anatomy of the structures of organs and organ systems of the human body, to understand the relationship of functional anatomy to other medical sciences.
Expertise: The student demonstrates in the scope of the studied curriculum knowledge of the basic principles of human body construction (tissues, organs, organ systems), orientation in the composition of organ systems and their significance for humans. Professional skills: The student is able to use professional knowledge in the orientation physical examination of the patient. Identifies the location of basic muscle groups for the needs of eg palpation and application of intramuscular injections. The acquired knowledge in the field of anatomy of the cardiovascular, respiratory, urogenital and nervous systems can be used in the basic examination and in the implementation of nursing interventions in the given areas. General competences: The student is able to use the acquired knowledge and skills in the study of physiology, pathophysiology, as well as in the study of individual clinical subjects and in all phases of the implementation of the nursing process in practice.
