Course content
|
Lecture topics: Week 1: GIT (general structure of the digestive tube, listed individual parts of the digestive tract). Week 2: GIT (detailed esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, peritoneum). Week 3: Exocrine and endocrine glands (neurohyphophy, pituitary, hypothalamus, thyroid gland, parathyroid glands). Week 4: Anatomy of the nervous system (general structure, spinal cord, spinal segment). Week 5: Anatomy of the nervous system (brain stem, brain). Week 6: Anatomy of the nervous system (brain, cortex, pyramid pathway). Week 7: Skin system. Sensory organs (touch, taste, smell, proprioreceptors). Week 8: Anatomy of the urogenital system (general structure, basic anatomy of the kidney, urinary tract - calyx, pelvis, ureter, bladder urine, urethra). Week 9: Anatomy of the urogenital system (sex system). Seminar topics: Week 1: GIT (tooth, salivary gland, pharynx, pancreas). Week 2: GIT (liver). Week 3: Glands with internal secretion (adrenals, thymus, pancreas, gonads, local GIT hormones). Week 4: Peripheral nervous system (sympathetic, parasympathetic). Week 5: Peripheral nervous system (spinal nerves). Week 6: Peripheral nervous system (head nerves). Week 7: Sensory organs (eye, ear). Week 8: Anatomy of the urogenital system (nephron, structure and function). Week 9: Anatomy of the urogenital system (the structure and function of the urinary tract).

Learning outcomes
|
The subject is theoretically - practical. It introduces the students with the construction and terminology of anatomic structures of organ systems of the human body. The subject follows the subject Anatomy I and focuses on the construction and function of the neural system (central and peripheral), construction and function of inner organs, sensoric organs and glands with inner secretion.
Subject Knowledge: Student is able to describe the construction and function of the peripheral and central neural system including autonomous neural system, construction and function of organ systems. Professional Skills: Student is able to localize the courses of the peripheral nerves including their innervation areas, he knows the relations between inner organs and organs of the motoric system and projection of the inner organs of the body surface.
