The subject covers all the essential components of language training: language oral and written manifestation, text understanding, pronunciation practicing, reading, vocabulary training covering the following topics:
Subject Knowledge: Students will learn about 100 words and phrases within the range of specified topics. Students can explain the aspects of their work and describe nursing as a discipline, they can explain routine activities and qualification requirements, they can also describe organs and their functions and they can speak about diseases, treatment and prevention basics. Students can respond to the issues regarding the condition of the patient, they can answer the typical questions put by the patient. Professional Skills: Students can conduct simple conversations within these topics, they can choose appropriate language combinations while having the conversation with a patient, and they can also consult a patient. Students can reproduce a text, compile and write a brief message, they can fill in the form which belongs to admission / release / medical condition / operation/ treatment / testing.
