Course content
|
The subject is both practical and theoretical and it aims at teaching the students the basics of downhill skiing and cross-country skiing. The Czech school of skiing is being taught: stepping and closed legs technique of downhill skiing and for cross-country classic and skating style. The aim of the training is to develop skiing skills which can be applied in the training of the impaired.

Students are introduced to theoretical and practical details in frame of skiing course with basics of downhill skiing and run skiing. Emphasise is given to instruction of czech skiing school - stepping and feet closing techniques at downhill skiing and at instructions of run skiing of classical and skater styles.
