Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course is to introduce students both theoretically and practically to the basics of downhill and cross-country skiing. The emphasis will be placed on teaching Czech school of skiing including special technique for downhill skiing and for cross-country skiing, the emphasis will be placed on a classic and skating style. The aim of the course is to develop individual skiing skills needed for the training designed for the impaired.
Subject Knowledge: Students can describe and explain the specifics of downhill skiing for the impaired. Subject Skills: Students can apply the knowledge gained in the training of downhill skiing for the impaired: monoski riding. They master ski intructing applied for the people with hearing or vision impairments. |
