Course content
Seminar Topics: 1. consultation: Janda muscle test, kineziologic analysis. 2. consultation: Short-term physiotherapy program. 3. consultation: Janda muscle test, exercises based on the muscle test. 4. consultation: Standing examination according to Janda's conception. Examination of motoric stereotypes, functional hand training. 5. consultation: Walking examination. Self-Study: 1. A written protocol: Janda's muscle test. Self-study of recommended literature and study aids. Progress is controlled by means of electronic and individual consultations. - 40 hours 2. A written figure examination during motoric system functioning. Disorders, internal diseases and neurology - 40 hours 3. Footscan: introduction to static analysis evaluation (percentual distribution of pressure between left and right leg and between back and frontal foot part) and during dynamic analysis (the techniques of unfolding the foot in an underlay, position and movement COP, movability of subtalar joint and time progressing of the pressure under selected segments) - 26 hours

Learning outcomes
The subject is both theoretical and practical. It provides the students with the information about basic methods of motoric system, examination ways and the aims of physiotherapy. The knowledge gained is a precondition for psychotherapeutic procedures understanding.
Subject Knowledge: Student defines the term muscle test, he/she can test muscle force in specified joints and can describe the innervation of muscles of UL, LL and torso, he/she knows hand functional test. Student can explain the term of "short-term physiotherapy program". Subject Skills: Student can perform posture examination according to professor Janda's Test, can analyse walking habits and basic motoric stereotypes.

Active seminar participation, the proof of practical knowledge, successful passing of a written test with 80% acceptance level, an oral exam.
