Lecture Topics: 1.consultation: Theoretical background of physical-educational medicine and load physiology. Clinics and practice of P-E medicine in different age groups. Medical rehabilitation and special PE. Evaluation of the functional state: indication and contraindication of the load tests. Self-Study: Load examination of the sportsmen. Energetic sources in different phases of the load of the organism. Doping.

The subject provides the knowledge of the concepts in the field of movement activities of the specified age categories; it also deals with exhaustion, overload and over-training of the sportsmen. The knowledge from this subject is useful for professional training. The aim is to apply the knowledge of choosing movement activities for the patient in different age categories, and activities in primary and secondary prevention.
Subject Knowledge: Student can explain the principle of load physiology and evaluate development state of of the sportsman. Student can evaluate the results of the load tests and set the parameters of training load. Subject Skills: Student can evaluate the results of the sportsman's clinical examination, the results of the load test; she/he can design some movement program for different types of the clients.
